I first drew this by hand, using only pen, then I used Adobe Photoshop Elements, using the 'Levels' tool to edit and add all the color.

It took me FOREVER, so enjoy :]

scan your pics onto your comp and spiff em up. Me... I'm basically suckish at shading, so I do line art, and then upload the pics onto photoshop and color them.

well yahhh. I just know nothing about photoshop. xD but I'll teach myself. maybe I'll try to brighten the colors on some of my failed-to-turn-up-neon-like-they-were-in-real-life pics. that's be gooood.

yah- there's tonsss of effects and it's really fun :] especially when you get to adjusting levels and hues- you can change all the colors of the pictures :)
